Piotr Dumala- animation

his " a gentle spirit"

Piotr Dumala decided to do two almost impossible things: to make cartoons/animation on heavy plaster panels and to adapt Dostoevsky for the screen- in this technique!. "A gentle spirit" became the most awarded animation in Polish history. His animations- close aesthetically to Edward Much's painting are admire all over the world till today.
Dumala is teaching animation in Sweaden, on Harvard and at Lodz Film Academy in Poland
