Rigorously intellectual artist, Rodney Graham works in photography, film/voice, sculpture, painting, and book arts. Underlying each work is a historical context through which a complex narrative incorporates literary and philosophical references and visual puns. These references are derived from social and philosophical systems of thought ranging from Enlightenment through Modernism.
