Kurt Vonnegut was a twisted story teller. His style, which is often followed by authors and screen play writers today, gave the reader a insight into the mind of the author with out them even knowing, in a way making the reader think it was an idea or statement that was already there. His stories about the depravity and silliness of the human race twisted and turned, shocked and dismayed until the reader understood that they were not sitting on the sidelines but were imbedded in the whole disgusting mess we call earth. Labeled a fiction writer it was unclear what was truth and who decided. A prolific writer, Vonnegut continued to write till the last few years of his life giving the world a sobering depiction of its self.
